   Usually, Yes!  With normal web sites, it IS a lot of work to set up and maintain a busy, dynamic school web site.  If for no other reason than just the "data entry effort" for all the areas that parents and students are interested in.  There's Homework, Sports Schedules, Cafeteria Menus, and Calendars to name just a few.  Who's going to do all that work?  The answer is simple...

Everyone Can Participate!

   Because MySchoolSite is so easy to use, everyone can "pitch in" and enter a small portion of the information available on your site.  This way no single person gets stuck with the job of gathering all the information, entering and formatting it, and finally uploading it.  Here's an example of how it works:

Homework?  No Problem! - Once their classes are set up, each teacher can simply click on the class name, and enter the homework for the day, week, or month.  They can even enter the information from home once a week if they wish, and the students will know what's coming up and can even "work ahead." This is a super way for students who are on vacation or out sick to keep up on what's happening at school and possibly catch up while they're out.  If the teacher doesn't have the 3 minutes a day it takes to enter their assignments, it's no problem!  They can simply assign one or more "Student Helpers" to enter the information for them.  Since the teachers get "final approval", there's no worry about improper information ending up on the site.  Homework? No problem!
Sports Schedules? Easy and Up-To-Date! - One of the biggest problems students and parents have today is keeping track of the constantly changing sports schedules.  Between the numerous practices, games, and tournaments, it's a logistical nightmare to keep all the players and parents up-to-date.  With MySchoolSite however, it's Easy!  The coach, assistant coaches, or even "Student Helpers" can enter the practice and game schedules into the system and it is immediately available for the rest of the team and their parents to see.
